SKILL CORE FOCUSES

The 7 fundamental movements of skill are PUSH, PULL, SQUAT, LUNGE, BEND, ROTATION, and LOCOMOTION. Everything we do involves one or a combination of these. Within each of these movements, SKILL ATHLETIC focuses on building flexibility, strength & stability. The quality of movement, form of execution, and technique are the forefront of SKILL ATHLETIC philosophy. Each class also has a special emphasis on one or more of the SKILL ATHLETIC pillars: SPEED, POWER, AGILITY & STAMINA.

SKILL UP AT YOUR OWN PACE

All exercises can be made easier or harder by changing key variables of the movement required or equipment used. Trainers will assess clients’ ability levels to offer appropriate modifications of exercises to create an enjoyable level of challenge and increase motivation.

SKILL COMMUNITY

Our classes strive to create a fun, collaborative, and competitive fitness environment regardless of ability. With our results tracking technology, you are able to compare your workout results against yourself and your friends. Classes include training segments where you will work with other group fitness members either in pairs or teams to work towards a common goal.
