Most of the fun is working hard in a team setting on the Skill -Floor! We jump, run, row, step up, move, and SWEAT! Weight-loss, improved agility, and improved stamina are the results of BOOST//.

SKILL ATHLETIC APP

The first session, lasting about 20 minutes, focuses on explosive strength activities and core reinforcement. The second part focuses on metabolic conditioning, to bring athletes closer to their threshold: exercises are in descending order of difficulty but with increasing intensity, in order to get out of their comfort zones in a controlled environment and in complete safety.
