BRAVE// is dedicated to the development of power endurance. We’ll utilize progressive overload training techniques and Olympic weightlifting movements. We’ll work in squat racks, on the Skill-Floor and Skill-Line cardio gear. If you’re looking to build some overall power and stamina when lifting your heaviest, BRAVE// is the class for you.

SKILL ATHLETIC APP

The first session, lasting about 20 minutes, focuses on explosive strength activities and core reinforcement. The second part focuses on metabolic conditioning, to bring athletes closer to their threshold: exercises are in descending order of difficulty but with increasing intensity, in order to get out of their comfort zones in a controlled environment and in complete safety.
